FORKLIFT SERVICING
Armill have long been known as a proactive service provider, having our own team of fully trained engineers in mobile service/workshop vans.
Our service vehicles are high tops with a workbench and every component part required to service our customer base. Having a workshop facility within the service vehicle enables us to carry out temporary or permanent repairs to your forklift ensuring your business does not suffer with excessive downtimes.
To support our service team Armill has its own in-house dedicated service manager and in turn, he has our specialist technical director all on hand and all available to not only support our team of engineers but to offer customers advice, up to date safety requirements and information.
In the event of a major breakdown, Armill operates its own transport department with 40ft trailer and tractor unit to be able to get a replacement or hire forklift delivered to keep your business running.
Our Service team based at our Braintree office continuously source high moving parts in bulk orders for a fraction of the price of some of our competitors, in addition, we regularly have repaired major components in stock to carry out a repair and replace service. In addition to fast-moving parts Armill identifies customers machines that are high usage and hold many less frequently required parts and has supply lines set up for next day delivery up to a 4 pm order deadline.
