"They've probably got what I'm looking for"
Most obviously choice means offering a wide selection of models and prices to suit our customers. But it also means giving our customers options and tailoring our fork truck sales and after sales product and service offerings to answer their needs.
We must always offer good value for money and have the confidence to demonstrate that value to our customers.
Too often, fork truck companies make it difficult for the customer. More than ever before our customers expect us to be helpful, easy to do business with and convenient in every regard, from pricing to payment and courtesy services.
Whichever part of our company they deal with, our customers should expect the same high standards of service and a consistent presentation of our products, services and prices. We must meet or exceed their expectations and deliver right first time, on time, every time.
We must earn the trust and confidence of our customers by servicing them with integrity and acting first and foremost in their interest. Such behaviour will help us build long and lasting relationships with our customers and promote our reputation.
